That looks like a really fun toy! It looks like it might be an air hog though.

Fun toy for the pool. I used it when teaching discover scuba to a group of boy scouts. They had a lot of fun with it. I put it on an AL6 bottle I use for suit inflation; It definitely didn't last very long but then again it got a lot of use. I think maybe 10-15 minutes of constant use? I'll have to time it next time I use it.
