I have OCD alongside with autism. I have had OCD since I was 17, and it takes the life out of me. I have constant worries that impede with my life to the point I feel not to let them go. I am taking another step to a more effetive action and I think diving therapy, much like Diveheart, might do the trick. It is backed up by the fact that autistic and Aspergers people get calmer with SCUBA therapy thanks to the preassure it relieves on anxiety and mental tension. Plus, there is an official study backed up by the Midwestern University to prove why SCUBA diving therapy has calming effect on tensioned minds. Any similar experineces with dicing therapy like from Diveheart?
