Despite the recent release of Android 4.3, a LOT of S4 users are still on 4.2 (and it looks like that they will be stuck with it for long time ...), so, we have decided to add to the My bluebuddy App support for the Samsung proprietary BLE library that comes with 4.2.
We were pleasantly surprised to see that their 4.2 BLE library is not that bad and we even rated it 8/10. For more info see release notes
