If you had already paired the Smart Dive Buddy sensor but it is now disconnected, when you re-open the App in either Gauge, Diving Computer or Nitrox Computer mode, the App will indicate that the SDB sensor is disconnected.

You can reconnect to a sensor that was previously paired to the smartphone without having to open the housing.
To do so, first make sure that the sensor is awake (see this post), then HOLD button 3 to access Action Settings ....

Once inside the Action Settings menu, use arrows (buttons 1 & 2) to select the SDB sensor, then tap on button 3 to access it......

..... then tap again button 3 to reconnect to the sensor .....

.... and after few seconds the sensor will be reconnected!

Please note that, in the unlikely event where the sensor disconnects underwater, you could use the procedure above to reconnect to it.
