I'm an advanced open water diver and am quite comfortable with such a small depth in this early pregnancy, however am just trying to get an idea of whether im best off to throw it in. I'll be sorely disappointed if I have to, I've been looking forward to it for ages and would hate to throw the $$$ down the drain.
Aside from the pressure-related unknowns, you're also in an environment that contains things that your immune system might not be able able to handle.

Not only does the water contain fish, it contains fish poop, various micro-organisms and all sorts of other things that I could only guess at. It's not worth the risk.

On the bright side, if you call the aquarium and tell them that you have a gift certificate, but would prefer to not use it right now because you're pregnant, I'm sure they would be thrilled to extend it a year, if for no other reason than the liability involved if they let you dive. If the person on the phone says "no" ask to speak to someone else. At some point, you'll find someone who would prefer to avoid the liability, for essentially no cost.
