I got certified in October. I stsrted having equalizing problems from the start. I can equalize, but from my first open water dives, I have had reverse squeeze. When I go past 30-40ft I get blood from my nose, and after I have surfaced I get green bubblegum from my nose.( not trying to br gross, just trying to explain it the best way I can) My eardrums having stopped poping since dive one. I went to my GP and he gave me allergy medications, and that is all. It hasn't helped much, and even though he is a recreational diver himself, I don't think he is very familiar with diving related problems.
make an appointment with an ent . when you talk to them to set the appointment be specific as to why you need to see them(diving). also you may want to contact DAN -they may have a list of dive medicine specialists in your area
