Dove yesterday. Rough seas. Trouble clearing ear. Finally got down to 50'. Stayed correct amount of time. On ascent experienced pain again in right ear and some vertigo. We went up slowly but still happened. I was fine after dive BUT woke this morning to nausea and headache. No achy joints. Still feel bad at the end of this day. Is this dive related or maybe just a flu?
