Hello! I am new to the scuba board community! I have a question for any divers out there that have battled cancer. I have been fighting cancer for the last 8 months. I am now out of treatment and my tumors are all "stable". Therefore, I am planning on getting back to diving!! I am going to Mexico in a few weeks and wanted to use this as a test run before planning an actual dive vacation. I have a power port in my chest. Is there anyone out there that has gone diving with a PowerPort and did you use anything to protect the port so your equipment didn't rub against it or irritate it in any way? I called the manufacturer and they indicated it is safe to dive up to 160 feet but was not sure of what to use to protect the area. Thanks so much for your advice!!
