thread size for oxygen sensor cells?

searching out some options to make some adapters. Anybody know the thread specification for O2 cells?
 
M16 x 1.0. Not too hard to find from metalworking suppliers. The more common M16 threads are generally either 2.0 or 1.5 (coarse and fine) so you may need to poke around a bit. I think I got my tap from Enco or MSC Direct...

<edit>Enco has them Model #891-4979 for just under $20. If I was going to tap soft plastic and it was a one off, I might just single-point thread it if I didn't already have one... </edit>
