Source for woven poly / nylon cloth?

I've been searching everywhere in my area (Kansas City Metro) and unable to find a source for BCD like fabric. I have one promising call out to an upholstery shop in the area which may be able to order it in. Outside of that my luck is running out. Does anyone know of business types which may stock it or at least a decent online source?

I'm looking to create some Pockets on a BCD and a soft storage case for lead ingots I'm using with integrated weight pockets. I have an assortment of weights and would like to keep them organized and all in one place.
