Hog tech fin spring issue.

Chris we have been trading PM's regarding the hog tech fins failing at the spring anchor point (manufacturing error). They are less than a yr old. Is it possible to get a Replacement? I have responded to all of your messages, but it has turned into a one way conversation. If you are not inclined to send another spring please let me know so I can source one myself. I need this issue fixed ASAP so I can use them without babying them. Thanks.
