Diphragm swivel design like the D1, trimmed down a bunch, and new routing for a shorter more direct path for the air to make, possibly resulting in better performance. have been too busy to play with the one on my bench, but that is my initial impression. Chris or Jack please correct me if I'm wrong.

You are right, and some pics of the prototype D3 that we have shown at various shows have gotten on the web , however the final version which just left the assembly line and what it looks like will NOT be shown until it is in hand and available to ship. It is a sexy beast I promise you all that!

I got to see one at the Scuba Show in Long Beach. But it wasn't the finished product (not the cool black finish) but was still sexy as hell and looks to be built extremely well.
