Try www.drysuitrepair.com ... Recently learned of them, I imagine they'll do a quality, professional job. They seem fairly inexpensive too.

Just last week I had a neck seal replaced by a dive shop in your area ... BC Dive Adventures (bcdive.com). It took four days, and cost less than it would've cost me at a shop here in the Seattle area.
