Cleaning the wetsuit

We were sitting around eating lunch after our first dive today and one of my friends brought up an interesting question that I thought I would share.

Has anyone placed a wetsuit in a large front loading non agitating washing machine on the cold or warm water setting?

Any thoughts on whether this type of machine would damage the wetsuit or not?

I put my wetsuit in my frontloading washer all the time. Use a gentle cycle, low spin and hang to dry.
