Suit was great. Water was probably low-mid 60s and I was ALMOST too warm. I was very comfortable. I think I might have been able to get by with a 3mm in this same suit and that's probably what I should have purchased for versatility.
I've only needed to use this suit 3-4 times but last weekend I caught a stitch on two different spots on the seam started to unravel. I'm going to have to send it in for repairs, I suppose. Seems the stitches are pretty willing to grab onto anything.
Any suggestions on where to send this? Back to manufacturer?
With the record Pinnacle has for the wetsuits I would be inclined to send it to someone else to have the seams reinforced. It might cost money, but at least you get it back in a timely manner with some certainty if the quality of the work.
