Scubapro makes the Everdry4 which is a compressed neoprene drysuit (different from DUI's crushed neoprene drysuit). This suit looks, and feels like a wetsuit, but it keeps you dry. Other manufacturers make similar suits, some seem more like wetsuits than others. IMO the Everydry4 is the most like a wetsuit.
Evad: Trust me they do exist, and believe it or not they have exhaust and inflation valves.
