I had this same question after I bought my drysuit.

I was told to buy drygloves. I didn't even know what that was. I did it and love them and dive them most of the time unless the water is too warm.

Dry Glove Systems covering all needs - SI-TECH

I have the qcp. It is shown with a mitten rubber glove but I use a normal 5 finger rubber glove. QCP is very nice and easy to lock and unlock. The wrist rings are a little big though. The antares system is more of an oval ring and supposed to be more streamlined.

You can fit these onto your existing seals and if you bought the quick changeable seal option with your suit these systems will lock right into it too for an even better connection.

Hey Marc, the whites heat gloves above are an excellent wet glove, I use them for 40 degrees or warmer. For dry I use the SI Tech quick cuffs, cheap and easy.

No, these ones. They let you use any rubber glove you want. I use the $2 marigolds with a polar fleece glove under them. Great dexterity, low cost and gloves are easily customized and replaced.

where have you bought this kit?

is it Spanner Ring for Glove Lock QCP to Quick Cuff + ANTARES Spanner Rings?

I bought from my lds (ocean quest Vancouver) many years ago. It looks like on the website they refer to them as "old version stiff ring". If I have another set, you can have them.
