Dry Suit Dump Valve Needs Servicing?

Just wondering if the dump valve on a drysuit needs to be serviced regularly?
I am not sure if mine needs servicing, it doesn't seem to dump as easily as when it was new.
Mine is an Apeks dump valve.

If it needs to be serviced, are there service manuals out there?
Is it something that is easy to do?
