Ursuit/Ursuk drysuit lifetime?? (Never used)

Hello.
Have got a good price on a never used Ursuit heavy light front zip suit (from a store closing business. .)

The only con is that the suit is around 6 years old..
I take it its stored "ok" but what can i expect regarding seams/zipper/glue.. will it fall apart first few years or :?

All seal are gone, and I'll change them myself..
