Does anyone have any experience with the W4 size chart. Is it fairly accurate or do the suits seem to run small or bigger than whats shown?

I went and tried on a couple or three Waterproof suits. They had all the sizes around the size that the chart said I needed, and they were all too big or small. So, I think their size chart is pretty spot on.

I can't speak to their wetsuit sizing but their drysuit sizing is spot on.
I bought a draco drysuit (the old version of the D10) second hand off ebay and the size was spot on for me based on their chart.

I ordered the W3 using their size chart and it was a perfect fit.
In my experience, Waterproof is pretty "on the money" with their size charts.
