How much room do you have in your shell type dry suit??
How much room do you have around your chest area in your shell type drysuit. I know there must be room for warm undies... but how much is TOO much material?
If I am a 42-43" chest.... would a 46-48" chest size be too big?
If I am 72" tall would 75" be too long in the suit?
That should work well. You want the suit to be more loose than too tight. You should be able to comfortably squat, reach around with your arms, etc. It's important that your underwear is loose too and doesn't reduce flexibility. I don't really know how to quantify how much room is needed other than to say flexibility shouldn't be reduced too much.

I'll second Yooper's emphasis on flexibility...
Just as long as the suit volume isn't too large....
You should be able to stand on your right foot and with your left hand pull you left foot up behind your back... now with your right hand reach over your right shoulder and grab your foot...
