The new "X" fin is advertised as having an "upgrade". I found no reference in their advertising or Rodales, or from Dema reports as to what was meant by this. I inquired of Oceanic as to what the upgrade consisted of. After a couple of Emails back and forth, they divulged that the upgrade is "cosmetic" and that performance remains the same as the Caribe (minus the X).
