i have a small tear a old pair of jet fins that i love, any advise on repairs ? silicone, pvc glue with silcone? any thing to fix this ?

Fins are hard to repair once torn and the repairs often don't hold... Neoprene Cement and/or Aquaseal usally work (even if only for awhile.)

So turn them into split fins, sell them for over $100, and buy a new pair of jets. A lot of people pay top dollar for defective fins like that. Sorry, couldn't resist.
