Sorry to pick on Diver's Supply, but the claims for this are boggling:

Trying wearing yellow sunglasses at dust and after and see the diference. I would expect the lenses to be yellow and red however. I say red because for the same reason you use a blue water filter on your camera and it is red to ballance the colors.
 
"intensifies light"?
Any colored filter reduces light. Marketeers are not physicists.
