You may want to try a Aqua Lung Pacifica - I've switched to this and it's the best fit for me! The style is an older style with newer (silicone) skirt and strap materials.

Let us know what masks you have tried and let's go from there. If you haven't already try the Big Eyes. That is a great mask.

I have a big round handsome face. I found that the really soft skirts helped me out the most. Right now I am using a x-vision.

I have a big round face, diving with the seavision sea IV with perscription/color correction lenses in it. Doesn't leak on me one bit.

I could not get the Tusa Visulator to seal. I tried a Cressi Horizon and have no problems with it. Try before you buy if possible.
