Masks for Asian divers with really small noses???

I purchased a pair of Gull Hard Mews through a Scubaboard contributor a while ago and I'm delighted with them. I've done some research on the supply of traditional rubber full-foot fins, such as the Gull Mew and Warp ranges, and I've managed to identify around seventy models worldwide. They are made in the USA (Oceanways), Mexico, Brazil, France, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, China, Malaysia and Taiwan as well as Japan. I've tried some of the fins made by these countries' manufacturers, and Mexican-made Escualo Clasicas, Ukraine-made Kievguma Akvanavts and Taiwan-made Gulfs are among my favourites. No manufacturer I know supplies as wide a range of rubber full-foot fins, and colours, as Gull, however.

you could try a Oceanic mini-shadow frameless mask. i tried it out, my face is narrow(im asian too), and it fits well.

I'm Oriental but my face is wide and my nose is flat. Most masks don't fit me all that well, but supposedly Atomic is going to release the "wide face" mask soon.

Me and my wife are both Japanese, and have used Tusa with great comfort.
I've bought Apollo's bio-metal mask, and this also is quite comfortable.

I hope your student finds a good fitting mask.

My wife is Thai and has a Tusa mask that she finds very good

Apollo is a highly respected Japanese company, however most of their dive gear (apart from fins, and Bio-filter) doesn't make it over to the USA. Living/working in Asia, I have seen much more of their gear and it seems very well made.

Not sure if their masks are made for "locals" (Japanese) but maybe worth a shot...they have a Japanese site, but I can't read it very well...Maybe you have a friend that can?

I'd go for Gull : CoCo Silicone Mask..
as it made for those who has got a small face..

(If only I got a small narrow face.. ):P

but luckyly my face is not that small so
I never get a problem like some other Asian girl.. ( well, not yet )

you also can order the Gull mask online from some Thai's famous dive shop
with 15-20% discount as well..

My GF is Filipina with the flat and wide face asian contours; she uses a Tusa Platina mask which she is happy with.
