I used to use a pair of large (I presume LL but don't have them in front of me at the moment) bio fins before moving on to jet fins, and size 13 rock boots did fit in the bio fins without any difficulties.
edit: yup, check'em -- they're LL's

Dont think it will fit I have a pare of LL bios a size 11ee foot and with my bare drysuit its a fight to get the foot far enough into the pocket to pull up the spring strap . But I can give you a good deal on a pair of slightly used as Im going to go with the xxl Jets hopefuly that works better 4 me
