Stupid mask reviews

On online scuba shops that allow reviews, why do people leave bad reviews for masks that simply don't fit their faces? Of course it's going to leak in that case. It's like the morons on sites like Trip Advisor who leave bad reviews when they haven't even been to the place.

It is like the same people on amazon giving a bad review of a product because of late shipping or the customer service and has nothing to do with the product.
