Hollis F2 and Seasoft 3mm

Looking to pick up some fins for travel to Caribbean. I have the Seasoft booties, looking for a fin. I did notice that the Hollis has generous amount of space for the boot.....maybe too much?

Anyone using this combination?

FWIW, I use the Oceanic Neo Classic 5mm in size 8 with the F2 in Regular/Large size. The fit is perfect.
