    I think the guilt of not having exhausting any and all possibilities of finding the person that lost it would eventually cause you great internal strife and conflict.

    I lost my Nikon Coolpix P & S camera with an Ikelite housing & single strobe on a night dive about 3 yrs ago in Malaysia. You think maybe?????

    Those sunglasses didn't happen to be Oakley C-Wires (the old style)? I lost a pair while body surfing in Ocean City, MD last summer. They were titanium, so I'm sure they are in great shape

    (all the sand in the ocean water probably smoothed out the scratches too)
