My son and I are going to be in Miami in week and are interested in checking out some shore diving when we are not doing boat dives. We have dove the Keys but haven't dove on the Atlantic side yet. Some one was telling me there is an area that divers frequently find shark teeth and other interesting items.

Any information is appreciated

Welcome to the boards!! I am sure someone from the FL section will be addressing your questions!

Hopefully some of these locations on shorediving.com are located close enough to you in Miami.

Looks like your thread was moved to Florida forum for better coverage, but check out our others, too. PM me if I can help...

Shore diving in Miami sucks. People shore dive in Fort Lauderdale. I did it once there, and I will never do it again. Boat diving is where it's at down here.

shore diving is not common . Ive been diving here for a long tiime and never done a shore dive. but with over 50 wrecks in miami waters alone and ample coral reefs you have to go on a boat to see them.but its well woth it!!
