I'm going on vacation in November to the Keys could anyone tell me how is the diving in different parts me & my wife are going to Key hop and I would like to hit some of the best spots, and dive operators. Thanks

davis reef is a must dive

Keys diving can be a good vacation. Its like a whole other world down there. One of the best operators in Key Largo is Horizon Divers ( http://www.horizondivers.com ) They have a very professional staff, big boat, no crowds, juice, water, bathroom, and fresh water showers on board a 45 foot double haul boat. Great thing about them is tanks and weights are included in the dive price. Dive with them on your way in the Keys in the afternoon and then go on to your hotel or campground. They are located on the Atlantic side of US 1 near MM 100 just after the Shell station.

Headed back to Key West in November myself. If you make it down that far, I had really good experiences with Captain's Corner and Sub Tropic

The only drawback to diving with Captain's Corner is that their boat is a little hike from the dive shop. Sub Tropic you can sign up, grab any gear you need and walk right out the side door and onto the boat.

Try Upper Keys Dive Center in Tavernier. There is a Motel not 20 ft from the boat. Tanks are hauled by the crew not the customers. There are 2 boats a 38 ft Delta and a 27 ft boat for small groups. They run from Pennecamp down to the Eagle. Very convenient. Nitrox and trimix right at the boats. Been running trips down to the keys for 12 years and have been happy with em.

Around Key Largo, I would recommend Quiescence (http://www.keylargodiving.com). They have small boats (6 people, maximum) and very relaxed. Takes you out to the reef, gives you a dive briefing and then tells you to have a good dive and come back in an hour. I have done only shallow reef diving in Key Largo and it's great for video - good vis, lots of fish and good light.
