Has anyone ever stayed and Dived at Hawks CaY Resort (between Key Large and Key West on Duck Key) we are thinking of going and want to get some feedback???

I know the resort is very nice & it enjoys a fine reputation here in the Keys.
As far as their diving/dive shop / boats -- I have never heard about them one way or the other. I am not even sure they run trips--however there are dive ops closeby.

Hawks Cay resort is one of the best places in the Keys. You won't be disappointed.
Capt Jim is too modest to suggest you dive with him, but Reef Divers is just a few miles south of Hawk's Cay and a 6-pack operation you'll definitely want to check out during your stay.
I'm not aware of any dive operations at Hawk's Cay.

Hawk's Cay is a very nice, very expensive resort. I have never heard about any dive operation running out of that location, not sure there is one at the resort itself.

There is a dive shop right on Hawks Cay property, it is located in their marina along with fishing charters, sunset cruises, kayaks, parasailing, kiteboarding, and more! There is no reason to travel anywhere else!
