Beach Web Cams

Somewhere I came across web cams for beach sites in So FL, but I seem to have "misplaced" them. (How could I do that?)

Anybody have any sites that they find helpful. Nice to check out conditions before packing up gear and making the run to the beach.

Actually sites for the Gulf would help too. Could save a long drive to Venice only to discover 4' beach breakers!
