glorious day in the upper keys: sunny skies, calm winds, flat seas and terrific blue water all along the reef tract. a double on an unmoored site the "BLUE HOLE" located north of molasses reef, abeam sand island(gets its' name from large cutouts on the reef crest). best visibility all year, approaching 100FT, mdt reverse current, water temp 77/78F @ 45-85FT. great hammerhead shark cruising along the top of the ledge stole the show today(proof of life pic) along with a free swimming moray and hawksbill. timg provides the wide angle captures,,,,,,,,,

Sounds like a fun day.

Always nice doing something a little different.

Geez Tim, spectacular. Still want the coffee table book. :) Reefman, lookin' good (best fish in the photo :D). Can't wait to get back to the Keys. Thanks for getting us through the winter.

Thank you AdivingBel. As for the best looking fish... well, some days you just have to take what's there! :)
