Looking for a gulf side dive operation

I am going to be doing my cavern certification next weekend, and would like to do some salt water dives afterwards before we have to head for home. We will be diving Ginnie, Blue Grotto and Devils Den for the cavern trip. Does anyone know of any charters that go out this time of year on the gulf? If so, what kind of water temps can we expect this time of year? Thanks in advance.
