how to get in touch

Hi!
I would like to get in touch with Force Fin customer service, I have sent emails to forcefin@forcefin.com, and filled out the contact us form on the web, but haven´t got any reply, so I assume I got the wrong contact info. Could someone suggest an alternative email or way to get in touch? Calling is not practical, I'm off by 12 hours. Would really appreciate it!
