It is an integrated inflator, regulator and horn that came off of a Transpac that I recently bought. I had the Transpac serviced on July 17th (including the Air-3) and decided that I liked my octo setup better so I had the LDS take the Air-3 off for a regular power inflator..
This has only been used (more like dipped) in a pool for an OW course twice.
