That's right hydro'd 10/08 and ready for a new home. The tankis located in Cinti Ohio, but will ship to you. Estimated shipping is 25 to 45 dollars depending on location of course.
No, the fine regulator is not part of the deal. The valve is in good working order but plastic handwheel is cracked and should be replaced.
The price is 60 bucks plus shipping to you unless you want to pick it up?
I also like to trade for stuff, like wrist gauges, and 2 hose regulators...
