I am a quadriplegic that has done quite a bit of snorkling in Mexico and the Andaman Sea. Through a diver reference, I've located a diver for my certification on Phuket after 10 days on Koh Racha. (My contact said Alastair at Seaking has the necessary experience)
Any additional info from those of you that have experienced diving with quads or have info on diving on Phuket for this wheelchair user is very much appreciated.
