What is a good diving option in Dumaguete, PH

I am a teacher and can't really afford one of the package deals but I am looking for a decent dive operation for a few days of diving and something close to the night life. Any suggests?

Liquid Dumaguete is fabulous , great value , really nice owners and staff and wonderful diving. The night life involves chatting with the owners , dive guides and fellow guests.....so nice as you all eat together.

Liquid is good but pretty isolated in the middle of nowhere.
Harold Mansion is situated in Dumaguete.
