I haven't but I love my VFF's. One of the reasons that I got a pair a few years ago was because they offered the freedom of feeling barefoot when I couldn't be barefoot. Wearing them with fins would seem counterproductive, maybe a pair like the Flow with a pair of lightweight fins? I would give it a shot, but neither pair that I have would be suited for diving. That and it's cold up by me...
I tried my flows out today with atomic aquatics split fins...super comfortable and warm...i like them better than my scuba booties.....so yes, you def. Can!
