I think you would be better off getting a Canon G12 or Nikon P7001. They both take pro quality pics underwater, both can also take video, and each has settings similar to expensive DSLRs. Ikelite makes a housing for both cameras. Throw in a strobe and you will have a very good fairly inexpensive system.
