Hi there:
I will soon be heading to Utila and I am flying TACA Regional (Islena) from San Pedro Sula to La Ceiba and was wondering if anyone out there knows what the carry-on allowance is for these small planes?

I've heard that these flights are notorious for overbooking and frequently your luggage does not make it on the flight, if you do.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.
