Grand Palladium Colonial- Mayan Riviera

Hello,

Has anyone stayed at the Grand Palladium Colonial in the Mayan Riviera? Are you aware of whether it has a PADI certified instructor onsite? I am looking to get certified as an open water diver, however I am unsure of where I can do this. I am thinking about doing the classroom component before I go, and then doing the pool/open water when I am there.. does anyone know if this is possible.

Any information would be helpful!
