No offense to any fans of it, and granted I have not stayed there and dove it, so with respect...does that choice seem a little odd?

I think the focus was on resorts themselves rather than the sites.

Sharm is on my list for sure.
I'm not too worried about the actual resorts, just the destination.
 
As far as I've ever been able to tell, this sort of "journalism" isn't really anything other than thinly veiled advertising and/or slapped together nonsense.

Ot simply block copied from Scuba Diving Magazine.
 
How exactly is the Bonne Terra Mines a "resort"? From what I have read the accommodations are off site and marginal at best.
