Need some ideas

Coming back to the US in July for the month and am looking for a place to take a week and get some diving in . Last year we dropped down to St Croix and it was good diving and a nice place to visit. So if you had the chance to stay a week or so where would you think the best diving is Belize,Cozumel,Domincan republic ,BVI, or any other suggestions . The GF is from South Africa so visa requirements are important, she likes diving but also likes the beaches and the Island life .
