We recently had a port call here with the military and arranged a dive through MDA. First off, in the 3 days we had available, they only had reef dives scheduled. We had 6 divers and were told they could arrange a wreck dive for us. Great - we paid our deposit, showed up on the day of the dive only to be told they didn't have any masks or snorkels available. Our only option was to purchase them and they would refund them after the dive. $75 later, we get to the boat. Nice boat, nice captain, no guides or deckhands and the Captain had not been told where we were going. Whatever, it was still going to be fun. Of course then came the gear... One girls BCD wouldn't hold her tank. The solution provided was a bungee cord and a shoelace!! We got back and the $20 for full gear advertised online somehow came up to $45??

For such a big outfit on Guam, the service was a joke. And still waiting for the mask refund :(
