It's been about 10 years since we sailed/dove the BVI's.....can someone refresh my memory as to the best way to obtain tanks? We will have our own equipment and prefer to dive from our dingy.

Are there still dive operators that will deliver/swap tanks to our sailboat, or do we need to go ashore to pick up tanks? thx!

I can't speak for the Tortola shops but on Virgin Gorda both DiveBVI shops (Leverick Bay and the Yacht Harbor) have their tanks/compressor on the dock. IDK what they do at Scrub Island as I've never been there - it's their newest location.

bviscuba.org lists them all.

Most offer Rendezvous diving also - they meet you at a mooring with tanks/weights and DM for a fee.
