Koror Palau airport security closing time

I went to Palau about three years ago. I was flying UA on a flight that left around 2 am. At that time security closed around midnight.

Is this still the case?

I dont think security will close as long as there are flights scheduled to leave/come in. When I departed Palau for Bangkok in may 2014, my flight only left at 0100 or so and the airport still seemed very busy.

The UA flight to Guam leaves about 2 AM. Security will be there for it.

Except three years ago, security closed at midnight for a flight that left after 2AM

Do you know for a fact that this has changed?

It's been accurate for the 4 times in the past 4 years that I've taken the flight. We usually go out on a Saturday morning.

IIRC, Flight Check-In closes promptly about 45 minutes prior to your Boarding Time. . . Security Screening closes shortly after that as the last passengers pass thru to the waiting area.
